A ₹150 pickup and handling fee will be applicable for all exchange or store credit/Gift Card requests.

In case the requested replacement product is out of stock, a coupon code of the equivalent value will be issued instead.

REFUND

In the event of a return, please take note of the following applicable charges:

Prepaid Orders: A return fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted to cover pickup and handling expenses.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A return fee of Rs. 150 will be applicable. Additionally, shipping charges of Rs. 100 are non-refundable.

After applicable deductions, the remaining balance will be refunded to the selected source or claimed account. Please allow 10–15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
