Return Policy for Off Duty India
At Off Duty India, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please carefully read our return policy to understand the terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, store credits, and refunds.
General Policy
Yellow Friday Sale - Date 29th, 30th, 1st December & 2nd December 2024
- All purchases made during the Yellow Friday Sale, which is held on 29th November 2024 - 02nd December 2024 are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. Structured by legal team.
- This includes all items purchased during the event, regardless of reason.
- Non-Returnable Items: - Sale Items, Replacement order, Store Credit: Clearance sales, Replacement order, Store Credit purchases and any promotional sale periods are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit under any circumstances.
- Non-Returnable Accessories: Accessories and bags are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any condition.
- Eligibility for Returns: This policy applies only to non-sale products.

All accessories and bags are considered final sale items. As such, they are not eligible for exchange or return "structured by legal team".
Return Request Process
- Can I Return an Item?
- Yes, you can return an item if it meets the criteria outlined below.
- You must submit your return request within 72 hours of receiving the product via the following link: https://offduty.in/apps/return_prime
- Important Note: You must apply for the return using the link provided. Any messages or emails will not be considered a valid return request.
- How to Request a Return?
- Complete the return request form at the link provided above.
- You will receive a notification regarding the status of your request within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
- Requests submitted on weekends will be processed on Monday.
- Condition of Return:
- The product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear and tear.
- The company reserves the right to reject any return request.
When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund
- If you don’t provide sufficient information about your claim.
- If you don’t provide photos of the product images with tag.
- If the item was subject to pilferage; claims must be made on the same day.
- If you’ve used the item or disposed of the packaging before our investigation.
- If it’s a replacement item, store credit purchase, or purchased during a clearance sale.
- If you apply post 72 hours once the parcel has been delivered.
Return Options
Upon approval of your return, you may choose one of the following options:
- Replacement:
- If the size does not fit, you can opt for a replacement. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address, which may take 5-8 working days to process.
- Store Credit:
- If you prefer to return an item without an immediate purchase, you can opt for store credit, which can be used at any time.
- Refund:
- A full refund of the product cost is available for all shipments (COD & prepaid), except for items purchased during sales or clearance events.
- The cash on delivery charge of ₹100 is non-refundable.
Reverse Pickup
- Pickup Availability:
- Reverse pickups are subject to availability in your area pin codes.
- Pickup Attempts:
- The reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you must return the item to our address.
- Pickup Charges:
- There are no extra charges for reverse pickup; Pickup failure, cancelled, Pickup service unavailable however, if you choose or we inform to send the product back those costs are borne by you.

- Pickup Unavailability:
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, you must return the product to our address at your expense.
- The company will refund up to ₹150 via store credit in case of a replacement or refund.
- The pickup can be scheduled ONLY ONCE if the pickup service is accessible. If the 7-day timeline passes after approval and the pickup is still pending, cancelled, failed, or rescheduled, the return request will automatically be cancelled, and you will not be eligible for a return.
Incorrect Products Picked Up
- Mismatch or Incorrect Products:
- If a customer attempts to return an item that is a mismatch from what was purchased (e.g., wrong product, quantity mismatch, or items from a competitor brand), the return request will be declined.
- Additional Quantity:
- If a customer returns additional quantities beyond what was purchased, we will decline the return request.
- Refunds and Exchanges:
- In cases of incorrect products sent or mismatch, the customer will not be authorized to receive a refund, exchange, or any other products from a different brand.
Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct product, quantity, and brand are selected at the time of purchase.
- We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing the purchase to avoid discrepancies.
Refund Processing
- Timeline:
- After the product is picked up, it typically takes 7-15 days for it to reach us. Processing the refund may take an additional 2-3 weeks.
- Shipping updates will be sent to your email.
- Refund Method:
- COD: Once approved, post item pickup and receipt back to our warehouse, you will receive a link from RazorpayX to redeem your refund, typically within 7-15 days.
- Prepaid: Once approved, post item pickup and receipt back to our warehouse, the refund will be credited to the original source account, typically within 7-15 days.
Important Notes
- You cannot opt for a refund or store credit for a replaced product.
- A product can only be replaced once; you cannot opt for a refund or credit note for a replacement product.
- Once you apply for store credit or an exchange, it cannot be converted to a refund request.
- If you fail to receive a replacement order, a store credit will be issued with a deduction of ₹100 for shipping.
- Once you apply for an exchange for normal-day purchases with sale items. It will be considered as per your ordered value.
- If you refuse to accept a prepaid order placed during the Yellow Friday Sale or Clearance Sale, Offduty India is not authorized to resend the parcel or initiate a refund / Store credit
- If a damaged, defective, missing, or wrong product is delivered, please reach out to us within 24 hours at help@offduty.in.
