Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return the item. You need to inform us with in 48 hours of receiving the product.

 

How to request for a return? 

Fill the return request form. Click on the below mentioned link.

After receiving the request we will get in touch with you via email with in 24 - 48 hours Monday to Friday. All return request email sent on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

The company holds the right to reject a return request.

You need to make sure the product is in its original condition with all the tags and no sign of wear and tear.

ANY REFUND REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER REVIEWING THE RETURNED PRODUCT.

You can opt for any one option mentioned below

  2. Store Credit
  3. Refund 

 

REFUND

All shipments (COD & PREPAID) are eligible for a refund. 100% REFUND of product cost.

Replacement

In-case, the size doesn't fit, you can opt for replacement. We will arrange a reverse pick up from your address. 

It takes 7- 15 working days for the shipment to reach us. Once picked up from your address. ( In some cases it might take longer )

The pick-up is done by a third party courier company and it is an extra cost borne by us.

Please make sure you keep the parcel at ready.

The pick-up will attempted twice, if the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

STORE CREDIT

If you wish to return but do not wish to purchase any item right away, you can opt for a store credit. 

Store credit are points stored in your account, you can use it any time you wish to.

The cash on delivery charge of 100/- is not refundable.

 

COD CHARGES

The cash on delivery charges of 100/- is not refundable in any case.

REVERSE PICK UP:

The pick-up is subject to availability of service at your area Pin-Code.

If reverse pick-up not available, we request you to send the product back to the below mentioned address. (Cost to be borne by the customer if refund request)

The company Off Duty India will refund up to Rs 150 via Store Credit to the customer in case of replacement or refund.

PLEASE NOTE : THE REVERSE PICK UP CHARGES BORNE BY YOU TO SEND THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE REFUNDED IN THE BANK ACCOUNT AS PER INDIAN TAX REGULATIONS.

Is there a charge for reverse pick up?

NO. We do not charge extra or debit any amount for reverse pick up. However it is a service we provide to our customers and there could be your pickup is not available at your area pin-code. 

Can I opt for a refund or a replacement for Replaced product?

No, the product can be only replaced once. Also, you cannot opt for a refund/credit note for a replacement product.

How long does it takes to receive a refund?

Once the product is picked from your place. It takes 7 - 15 days for the product to reach us as most of the courier companies are replying on surface shipping it might take even longer.

You will receive shipping updates on your email.

After we receive the parcel, our product review team will review the product for any wear and tear.

Once they approve the refund, the returns department will send you a RazorpayX link to redeem your refund using your bank details.

For the complete process it takes around 2 - 3 weeks from the product being picked to the refund being processed to your account.
