1. Return & Exchange Policy (Clearance Sale Orders Or Sale)
- Please note that all purchases made during the 27th March Sale to 7th April 2026 or Clearance Sale from 6th March are eligible only for exchange or store credit.
- Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances, as per our legal policy.
- A ₹150 pickup and handling fee will be applicable for all exchange or store credit requests.
- In case the requested replacement product is out of stock, a coupon code of the equivalent value will be issued instead.

Please note that Tops purchased under TOPS2 and TOPS3 discount codes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable as they are part of a sale. This policy has been implemented as per the guidelines provided by our legal team.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale Items, Replacement orders, Store Credit: Clearance sales, Replacement orders, Store Credit purchases, and any promotional sale periods are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit under any circumstances.
- Non-Returnable Accessories: Accessories and bags are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any condition.
- Eligibility for Returns: This policy applies only to non-sale products.

REPLACEMENT
In-case, the size doesn't fit, you can opt for replacement. We will arrange a reverse pick up from your address.
STORE CREDIT
If you wish to return but do not wish to purchase any item right away, you can opt for a store credit.
REFUND
In the event of a return, please take note of the following applicable charges:
Prepaid Orders: A return fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted to cover pickup and handling expenses.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A return fee of Rs. 150 will be applicable. Additionally, shipping charges of Rs. 100 are non-refundable.
After applicable deductions, the remaining balance will be refunded to the selected source or claimed account. Please allow 10–15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
