I wanted an exchange of the jeans because the size was tt big for me so I initiated an exchange the very next day which was approved aswell but after a week it was canceled without me being informed which I had to inquire and re-initiate the exchange which for some was not fulfilled and was changed to a refund, which I have not received yet.
