Order Processing
- All orders will be shipped within 2 working days from the order date.

Delivery Time

- It normally takes 3-7 working days from the time the order is dispatched to deliver the order. The delivery time depends on the delivery city and pin code. For example, Metro Cities will take fewer days, while North East or Jammu and Kashmir will take the maximum days.

- These are tentative timelines; however, we as a company do not guarantee these timelines as there are multiple external factors that can delay a shipment, such as weather, political rallies, government holidays, elections, government embargos, landslides, and many more. Please understand and do not hold us responsible for situations out of our control.

Tracking Information

- A tracking link will be sent via email and SMS once the order is dispatched.

- The tracking link will provide you with real-time updates on your order's status.

Shipping Partners

- We use reputable courier companies such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecomexpress, among others, to ensure your order is delivered safely.

- Please note, we do not own our own shipping providers like Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.

Important Information
- While the courier companies are multi-billion dollar operations, there are occasional issues that may arise:

a. There may be cases of false reporting of status by the last mile delivery executive, which is common across e-commerce companies. In such instances, we suggest you first reach out to the customer care number of the courier company, and then notify us. We will escalate the issue internally and expedite the delivery.

b. Do not share the OTP until you have received the parcel. If you do so, we will not be able to help you retrieve the parcel.

c. Do not share the OTP if you ask the delivery executive to reschedule the delivery, as they will mark it as returned.

d. If you receive a message saying your order is delivered when in fact you have not received it, please immediately raise the issue. Click on this link: https://wa.me/917208971846. You must notify us within 24-48 hours for us to investigate and get the order delivered. We will escalate it to the courier company, and it typically takes 3-5 working days to resolve the issue.

Refund Due to Delayed Delivery

- In case you wish to cancel the order while the order is in transit and is delayed, we will ask the courier company to return the shipment. Until we receive confirmation from the courier company that it is returning, we won't be able to process the refund.

Agreement and Legal Action

- By placing an order with Off Duty India, you agree to this Shipping Policy. Any attempt to harm the company's reputation through false claims or public statements will attract legal action.
