- Non-Returnable Items: Sale Items, Replacement orders, Store Credit: Clearance sales, Replacement orders, Store Credit purchases, and any promotional sale periods are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit under any circumstances.
- Non-Returnable Accessories: Accessories and bags are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any condition.
- Eligibility for Returns: This policy applies only to non-sale products.
In light of the recent changes in RBI and Tax regulations, we would like to inform you that we will no longer be using the Razorpay application for processing refunds. Please take note of the following updates regarding the refund process:
Razorpay Refund Link Validity: Once a Razorpay refund link is issued, it will remain active for 3 days. If the refund is not claimed within this period, the link will expire, and a coupon code will be issued instead.

REPLACEMENT
In-case, the size doesn't fit, you can opt for replacement. We will arrange a reverse pick up from your address.
STORE CREDIT
If you wish to return but do not wish to purchase any item right away, you can opt for a store credit.
REFUND
In the event of a return, please take note of the following applicable charges:
Prepaid Orders: A return fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted to cover pickup and handling expenses.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A return fee of Rs. 150 will be applicable. Additionally, shipping charges of Rs. 100 are non-refundable.
After applicable deductions, the remaining balance will be refunded to the selected source or claimed account. Please allow 10–15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
