The product must be unused with all the tags intact.
You need to apply for a return with in 3 working days.
Replacement/Exchanged order cannot be returned.
If you have placed an order till 6.30 pm 03th November 2022. Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have placed an order after 6.30 pm 03rd November 2022, you can request it from your Offduty account, Orders Tab itself.
After receiving the request you will get an email within 24 - 48 hours about the approval or rejection of your return request. All return request emails sent on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
The company holds the right to reject a return request.
You need to make sure the product is in its original condition with all the tags and no signs of wear and tear.
ANY REFUND REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER REVIEWING THE RETURNED PRODUCT.

In case, the size doesn't fit, you can opt for a replacement. We will arrange a reverse pick-up from your address.
It takes 7- 15 working days for the shipment to reach us. Once picked up from your address. ( In some cases it might take longer )
The pick-up is done by a third party courier company and it is an extra cost borne by us.
Please make sure you keep the parcel ready.
The pick-up will be attempted twice if the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

If you wish to return but do not wish to purchase any item right away, you can opt for a store credit.
Store credits are points stored in your account, you can use them any time you wish to.
The cash-on-delivery charge of 100/- is not refundable.
All shipments (COD & PREPAID) are eligible for a refund. 100% REFUND of the product cost.

REVERSE PICK UP:
The pick-up is subject to the availability of service at your area Pin-Code.
If reverse pick-up is not available, we request you to send the product back to the below-mentioned address. (Cost to be borne by the customer if refund request)
The company Off Duty India will refund up to Rs 150 via Store Credit to the customer in case of replacement or refund.
PLEASE NOTE: THE REVERSE PICK-UP CHARGES BORNE BY YOU TO SEND THE PRODUCT CAN NOT BE REFUNDED TO THE BANK ACCOUNT AS PER INDIAN TAX REGULATIONS.

Is there a charge for reverse pick-up?
NO. We do not charge extra or debit any amount for reverse pick-up. (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
Can I opt for a refund or a replacement for the Replaced product?
No, the product can be only replaced once. Also, you cannot opt for a refund/credit note for a replacement product.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once the product is picked from your place. It takes 7 - 15 days for the product to reach us as most of the courier companies are relying on surface shipping it might take even longer.
You will receive shipping updates in your email.
After we receive the parcel, our product review team will review the product for any wear and tear.
Once they approve the refund, the returns department will send you a CashGram link to redeem your refund using your bank details.
For the complete process, it takes around 2 - 3 weeks from the product being picked to the refund being processed to your account.
